You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on nato21. Identity verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be suspended immediately and funds withheld pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one active nato21 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through multiple registrations will be forfeited without appeal.

One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on nato21 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nato21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify nato21 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
Accurate Information: Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Any Account created using false information may be closed at any time, with all funds subject to review and possible forfeiture pending investigation.
nato21 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage access. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed, and may also be triggered by specific account activity patterns.

nato21 does not charge deposit fees on standard bank transfer methods. Third-party transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside nato21's control and will be borne by the Player.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Off-peak or public-holiday transfers may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. nato21 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or national public holidays in Indonesia, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
nato21 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that triggers fraud detection protocols, fails KYC checks, or is suspected of originating from a prohibited jurisdiction or unlawful source.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account. nato21 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and 1-48 hours for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay).
Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service. Any withdrawal request submitted before this minimum wagering threshold is met will be rejected.
Bonus Funds: Funds awarded as bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the promotion terms. Until those wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. Attempts to circumvent wagering requirements — including placing offsetting bets, exploiting system errors, or closing an Account prematurely — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
nato21 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests (defined as withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 in a single transaction or Rp 30,000,000 in aggregate over any seven-day period). Such documentation may include enhanced proof of funds, source of wealth verification, or additional identity confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where the Account is subject to an active investigation for suspected fraud, breach of terms, bonus abuse, or collusion. In such cases, the Account will be placed on hold pending completion of the investigation, and the Player will be notified via the registered email address.
nato21 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer only.
Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified Accounts that meet the promotion's eligibility criteria. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple, e.g., 25x, 30x, 40x). The wagering requirement represents the total amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

The following actions are expressly prohibited on nato21. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

Any Player found to be in breach of this clause will have their Account closed without prior notice and all funds withheld pending investigation. nato21 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nato21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
nato21 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, nor do we warrant that any defects will be corrected.

In no event shall nato21's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.
All content on the nato21 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of nato21 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The nato21 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of nato21. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of nato21. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
